Founded by Ikram Guerd after more than 20 years across healthcare, MedTech, diagnostics, and women's health in both Europe and the United States, enovidea LLC was created to help innovators bridge the gap between breakthrough ideas and real market impact.

Throughout her career, Ikram Guerd has worked across global healthcare organizations, including Procter & Gamble and Danaher Corporation, as well as high-growth startups, leading commercialization, strategic marketing, market expansion, and growth initiatives across complex healthcare ecosystems on both sides of the Atlantic.

Working across European and U.S. healthcare markets shaped a core belief behind enovidea: while systems and cultures may differ, the need for meaningful, patient-centered innovation remains universal. That perspective continues to drive enovidea's mission — helping healthcare innovators connect strategy, growth, and market adoption while keeping patients at the center.

As General Manager U.S. and Chief Marketing Officer at Aspivix, Ikram Guerd led the company's U.S. launch from the ground up, helping drive brand awareness through a viral campaign, earning recognition from TIME Best Inventions, and generating visibility in major media outlets including The New York Times and Forbes.

Alongside her executive leadership work, Ikram has remained deeply involved in the healthcare innovation ecosystem through advisory, mentorship, and community-building initiatives, supporting founders and innovators through organizations including Springboard Enterprises Women's Health Council, Daya Ventures, and the SoCal Women's Health Collective.
